The house is brand new, built in January 2015. I am currently renting out one bedroom to another roommate, I'm looking for someone to take the master bedroom which just became vacant. My roommate and I are in our mid 20's, both work full time. We are very easy going, like socializing and having a good time as well as keeping to ourselves whenever we need to. Preferably looking for clean, respectful and responsible students or full time professionals to rent to.
The room is not furnished but can be partially outfitted with the basics if required. I also put not pet friendly because I own a large boxer/chow mix dog who is super friendly with people but does not get along well with other animals. You will need to be comfortable with dogs and having him greet you a the door.
Masterbedroom is 10'X14' with walk in closet, access to cheater ensuite and was freshly painted.
